You can manage the user accounts that have access to the Cantara Access Server.

Adding a New Proxy Group

To add a new Group
  1. Select the User Management node in the navigation panel, and select Proxy
  2. Click the Add Group (plus) icon.
  3. Enter the Group Name.
  4. Enter the Display Name.
  5. Enter the JDE Address Number.
  6. Enter the JDE Approval Route Code.
  7. Enter the JDE Default Branch.
  8. Enter the JDE Username.
  9. Enter the JDE Password.
  10. Set the group to ON if you want to activate the proxy group.
  11. Click the Save Group button to save the proxy group configuration.

Adding a New Proxy User

To add a new User
  1. Select the User Management node in the navigation panel, and select Proxy
  2. Click the Add Proxy(plus) icon.
  3. Enter the Username.
  4. Enter the Password.
  5. Enter the Display Name.
  6. Enter the JDE Address Number.
  7. Enter the JDE Approval Route Code.
  8. Enter the JDE Default Branch.
  9. Enter the JDE Username.
  10. Enter the JDE Password.
  11. If you want this user to belongs to a specific group, enter the Group Name.
  12. Set the user to ON if you want to activate the proxy user.
  13. Click the Save User button to save the proxy user configuration.

Deleting a Proxy Group or User

To delete a proxy group or user
  1. Select the User Management node in the navigation panel, and select Proxy
  2. Click the Select List Item button (Hand) icon in the top right corner of the pane.
  3. Select the line(s) that you wish to delete, they will highlight in yellow.
  4. Click the (Trash Can) icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  5. The Delete Proxy dialog box will appear.
  6. Press Delete Items to confirm the deletion.
  7. Once deleted the delete status will read as "Success"
  8. Click the Close button to return to the User list.
